These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs") govern all relations between: WeavNONO LLC – a company registered in the United States, with its registered office at 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #6396, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113, USA, operating the website www.sleevelle.com (the "Seller"), and any individual or legal entity making a purchase on the website (the "Customer").
1. Purpose
These T&Cs define the conditions under which the Seller offers its products for sale, including transdermal sleep patches and related wellness accessories, via its e-commerce website.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Placing an order on www.sleevelle.com implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted them prior to confirming their order.
3. Products
Products for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Minor differences may exist between the images and the actual product. Products are topical wellness products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Delivery is free for orders over $45. Payment is made online via the secure payment methods provided on the site (credit card, etc.).
5. Orders
The Customer selects products, verifies their order, and completes payment. An order confirmation email is sent once the order has been validated.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination (typically 3 to 14 business days). The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure or carrier issues.
7. Returns & Money-Back Guarantee
The Customer may request a return or refund within 30 days of receipt of the product, in line with our 30-night money-back guarantee. Requests must be submitted by email to contact@sleevelle.com. To be eligible, the Customer must provide proof of purchase. Refunds, once approved, are processed within 14 days of the request's approval to the original payment method.
8. Warranties and Liability
Products are covered by applicable statutory warranties. The Seller shall not be held liable for improper use of a product or for indirect or consequential damage, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Personal Data Protection
The Seller is committed to protecting the Customer's personal data in accordance with applicable US privacy laws, including, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). 10. Governing Law and Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the state and federal courts with jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office will have competence.
